[Air-L] Android tool/app for mobile log/video capture?

Dear AOIRs,

I'm doing a research on information seeking behavior in Tel Aviv
University. I'm looking for an android tool/app (I don't date to ask for
iOS of course) that can save a log with data usage of the phone (What apps
were used in a specific period, for how long if possible and maybe a more
detailed log) OR a simple screen capture (in video) of the mobile screen.

I was wondering whether you know any or I'm looking for something that does
not exist?
