[Air-L] suggestions for movies on communication technology and social change

I have taught David Dusa's Fleurs du mal (2012), a French-language
fiction film about a young Iranian woman who finds herself stuck in
Paris during the 2009 Green movement, which she can then only follow on
social media. I found students respond very well to this film and the
issues it raises. The DVD I bought in France has EN subtitles.

This could be paired with the 2011 film Fragments d'une révolution, a
documentary treatment of almost exactly the same subject. I am not sure
if this is available with EN subs. The Dusa film is engaging, but
Fragments is one of the most profound political documentaries I know:
