[Air-L] ACM Group'16: Pre-conference workshops + information about travel support/funding for students

ACM Conference on Supporting Groupwork (GROUP'16) is happy to announce
four pre-conference workshops:  
(1) Designing and Building a Space for Innovative Scholarly Practices to
Enhance Open Online Community Scholarship
(2) Engaging with Users and Stakeholders: The Emotional and the Personal
(3) Computer Mediated Intimacy
(4) Ethics and Obligations for Studying Digital Communities

Also: Deadlines for posters, demos, SIGCHI travel grants and doctoral
consortium (incl. funding) are coming up August 01. Please see

for details regarding each of these calls. 
Doctoral consortium participants will be offered financial support in
the form of:
* up to $450 flight credit for all domestic students
* full "on the ground" coverage for all domestic and international
students, including conference registration (at the “early bird” student
rate), four nights of lodging in the conference hotel in a shared unit,
meals during the working meetings, and ground transportation to/from RSW
airport.
We gratefully acknowledge funding provided by the National Science
