The World Summit on mobileGovernment, a platform for sharing accumulated experiences of the last decade in moving from eGovernment to mobileGovernment, and The Global Awards for mGovernment, will be held during 5-7 October 2016.

- The Summit will feature up to top 10 best mGovernment implementers in the world to share their experiences and lessons learned.
- It also hosts the Global mobileGovernment awards - nominations open for existing solutions, apps, and projects of private and public sector organisations. 

The Organisation is soliciting experts to organise panels and tutorials on the key topics of mobileHGvernment  Professionals from Industry, Public Sector, Third Sector and Academia tare welcome to apply.

You will then be requested to send in max three pages of summary  of proposed panel or Tutorial together with a short bio and affiliation. All proposals will be evaluated by the technical committee members.
