Dear all,

We are a research team working on a project about acceptance factors of
assistive technologies/services on smartphones that are designed to
facilitate older adults’ (55 and older) active and independent living at
home (by addressing their needs as well as the needs of their
informal/formal carers).

In the literature survey we have come across a couple of relevant papers
that directly (e.g., Plaza et al. 2011, Peek et al. 2014, Ma et al. 2015,
Doughty and Williams 2016) or (more) indirectly (e.g., Hanson et al. 2013,
Gao et al. 2015, Foong 2016, Brophy et al. 2015, Vroman et al. 2014, Damant
et al. 2016) address this topic.

Because we would like to have a comprehensive overview of the field, we
would be happy to learn about any other (published or unpublished) papers
or marketing/scientific reports concerning older adults and their adoption
of ATs services on smartphones. We are specifically interested in
conceptual and empirical research that focuses on mCare solutions which are
not related only to mHealth apps.

Thanks!

Best,
