This is a reminder that the deadline for submitting to the special issue of
Communication and the Public (a new-ish SAGE journal) on Technological
Expertise & Publics is coming up on Nov. 15!  A good date for those ICA
papers you're absolutely not rushing to finish by Nov. 1...
