We're looking for another service designer or UX researcher to help over
200,000 San Franciscans living in poverty and abuse. Your expertise will
focus on examining and improving how clients experience Agency services
digitally, in person, by phone and mail. You will work with employees
across the Agency to share service design methods while co-creating
measurable improvements in internal processes and the public’s experiences
with service delivery. Three years of service design or UX research
experience required. Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and being a

Are you a visual designer who wants to help the estimated one in four San
Franciscans living in poverty and abuse? Your expertise will help the
Agency improve how the public experiences forms, signage, and other
“touchpoints” both online and in print. You will walk through internal and
public processes for service delivery, visualize them as experience maps,
and then collaborate with colleagues to implement measurable change. You
will create infographics from dashboards and spreadsheets to tell visual
stories that help managers and analysts see new opportunities for improving
the client experience and internal processes. You will also help the
Agency’s Digital Services team as needed. Three years of visual design
experience required. Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and being a
