*Description*



Reporting to the Associate Provost for Accreditation and Assessment, the
Project Manager, Assessment, Accreditation, and Faculty Development
Initiatives manages the College’s efforts to assess student learning and
development. This position also plays a key role in maintaining the
College’s accreditation, through the preparation of accreditation materials
for review. In addition, this position will also work closely with the
Associate Provost for Faculty Development to support the research,
teaching, and development agenda for faculty members.



•    Manage the implementation of a range of assessment approaches at the
College to examine student learning and development and participate in the
analysis and reporting of these efforts.

•    Serve as part of a team in preparation for the College’s upcoming
comprehensive accreditation.

•    Manage files, databases, and other resources related to the College’s
assessment and accreditation efforts and compliance reporting.

•    Assist in the development and implementation of a range of faculty
development programming, (on-demand and direct instruction) covering
scholarly and creative endeavor, teaching and service/administration.

•    Manage writing projects and both internal and external communication
regarding faculty development research and programming conducted at the
college.

•    Assist in the development and curation of a pointed and robust
collection of online/on-demand faculty development resources.

•    Assist in the creation of open-access learning modules.

•    Collaborate with faculty and programs in order to support program and
class-specific curricular needs.

•    Performs other duties as assigned.



*Qualifications*





The ideal candidate will have an earned Master’s Degree and have taught at
the post-secondary level.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess:

•    Strong written communication and presentation skills.

•    The ability to analyze and explain quantitative and qualitative data.

•    Strong project management skills.

•    A foundational understanding of academic research methodologies and
publication processes.

•    Experience and familiarity with a range of digital tools and
applications relevant to teaching and learning in the 21st century (i.e.
LMS systems, Adobe Creative Suite, editing software, etc.).

•    Experience creating and delivering faculty development programming.
