Digital Mindfulness Live focuses on bringing together experts in the

improve and enhance the human experience in the age of digital distraction
and information overload.

At Digital Mindfulness Live, we bring together academics, entrepreneurs,
experts and more from around the world to showcase their work in improving
the quality of our lives by creating digital experiences that move beyond
productivity, entertainment, and communication. Our mission at Digital
Mindfulness Live is to demonstrate that technology can help us access
develop our mental and emotional wellbeing so that we can experience our
best-selves day-to-day for the benefit of our personal and professional
lives.

Digital Mindfulness Live is the only conference focused on learning,
sharing, and connecting in order to drive serious research and development,
commercialization, and awareness of the creation of digital experiences to
improve net positive contributions to humanity and reduce information

   Distraction

You’ll hear from thought leaders including:

Dr. Meera Joshi from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre will share how
innovative approaches to attention training can help improve the quality of
   our professional and personal lives

   -

James Williams, formerly Head of Special Projects at Google will explain
how designers can create better digital experiences that avoid the constant
   race to grab our attention
