Dear all,
I am preparing to deliver a short course on using social media and crowdsourcing in cultural heritage studies. I plan to build the course on the case method, i.e. to analyze the most popular GLAM pages in social media and the best-known crowdsourcing projects. Regarding crowdsourcing, I have a copy of “Crowdsourcing Our Cultural Heritage” book Ed. Mia Ridge. However, I still cannot find a good literature on social media. I have come across quite a bit of literature about social media in marketing and social media for public organizations, but these publications either too theoretical or giving too simple and banal advice.
If you have any literature recommendations about both topics, but especially the social media, I would be very grateful. Thank you for your help!
With kind regards,
