Hello Christina,

Sorry for the self-promotion, but I wrote about this topic for my
dissertation as well. I did a case study of Macaulay Honors College, CUNY.
This program uses ePortfolios across the general education curriculum with
an emphasis on mutlimodal projects. In the dissertation, I compare the use
of multimedia in the humanities to the sciences. Here is the link:
