Hi Tatiana - I used Express Scribe - http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html - the free version was pretty solid, although I had to do some corrections. I bought myself a nice pair of headphones to make the process easier...

Express Scribe works with a foot pedal or hot keys to make work easy for a transcriptionist. Utilize variable speed playback, multi-channel control and more.

Hi Tatiana,

you can give https://trint.com/ a try. I had some good experiences on audio with clear quality but also some experiences where correcting the transcript took as much time as doing it myself.

All the best!
