This webcast just finished, but is available for review. One issue
recognized by the subcommittee is that earlier data, much of it supplied by
incumbents, was not accurate, and must be improved on. Brooklyn Rep. Yvette
Clarke is on the SubCommittee and took the opportunity to ask some pointed
questions about Gov. Cuomo's $500m broadband expansion plan

Not discussed much was 'broadband blight' - as copper rots in the ground or
on the pole, providers are postponing FTTX rollouts while they wait for 5G
to mature.
