"Knowledge in the Age of Digital Capitalism" by Mariano Zukerfeld is a 
new open access book published by the University of Westminster Press. 
It is the second volume in the Critical Digital & Social Media 
Studies-book series edited by Christiasn Fuchs.

In this launch event, Mariano Zukerfeld, currently research fellow at 
the Westminster Institute for Advanced Studies, will present the 
foundations of the book: It oulines a critical approach that uses 
Marxist theory for analysing the role and contradictions of knowledge in 
digital capitalism. Zukerfeld terms this approach "cognitive materialism".
