I would definitely recommend José Van Dijck's book The Culture of Connectivity from 2013, which draws on Latour in combination with Castells to analyse social network sites.

You might check out Liza Potts' Social Media in Disaster Response. She uses
Latourean ANT to analyze social media responses to 3 different disaster
cases.

taught it several times at the graduate level, and students respond really
well to it, in part because the treatment of ANT is so accessible.
