Job Description

The Department of English and Media Studies at Bentley University invites
applications for two full-time lecturer positions. Candidates should have
experience as the instructor of record and demonstrated ability to teach
courses in expository writing. We are especially interested in candidates
who also have training in TESOL and are able to teach English for Speakers
of Other Languages (ESOL) expository writing courses. In addition,
applicants with a background in Rhetoric and Composition will be preferred.



Teaching load is four courses per semester. Salary and benefits are
competitive. Bentley’s campus is located in a Boston suburb.

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in English, Rhetoric and Composition or related field. Prior teaching
experience at the college level is required. Applicants without the
