the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences, University of Stockholm:

As noted within the description, the PhD project should be grounded 
within a current research strand such as:
• Critical Design – Design intended to provoke and challenge norms and 
attitudes.
• Ancestral Design – Socially sustainable design for generations onward.
• Semiotic Engineering – Critical analysis of meaning and 
interpretations of interactive systems.

At the same time, projects involving existential, ethical, and virtue 
ethics' dimensions will be considered.
