I work on memes as literary criticism.

I have a chapter on memes which evaluate the first Hobbit movie in _Hobbit
and Tolkien's Mythology_ (
https://www.amazon.com/Hobbit-Tolkiens-Mythology-Revisions-Influences-ebook/dp/B00O185HM8/ref=asap_bc?ie=UTF8)
and another about Harry Potter memes ("Harry Potter and the Unexpected
Venue of Literary Critique") in _Transforming Harry: The Adaptation of
Harry Potter in the Transmedial Age_ (
https://www.amazon.com/Transforming-Harry-Adaptation-Transmedia-Contemporary/dp/0814342868/ref=asap_bc?ie=UTF8
).

Cheers,
