[Air-L] Participants needed for a research study on the use of Online Mental Health Self-Help Programmes

Dear all,

I am conducting a research study to explore the use of online mental health
self-help programmes and associated technology by people with mental health
problems in their everyday lives. ‘*Online mental health self-help
programmes*’ are website-based and app-based self-help programmes offered
as a way to improve mental well-being and cope with mental health problems.

I am inviting eligible individuals to anonymously complete a 20-25 minute
online survey, with the option of also participating in an individual
interview.

Eligibility criteria:

   - be aged 18 or older
   - *currently live in the Republic of Ireland*
   - identify yourself as having / having had a mental health problem (a
   clinical diagnosis is not required)
   - have used an online mental health self-help programme to get support
   for a mental health problem
