Political Communication Research Cluster at City University of Hong Kong is
seeking applicants for several 4-year, fully-funded PhD positions
(US$2100-3200/per month). Based in the Department of Media and
Communication and lead by Drs. Tetsuro Kobayashi, Chris Fei Shen, and Marko
M. Skoric, the Cluster focuses on the impact of digital media on civic and
political life, with a focus on East Asian societies. The application
