Call for Dataset Papers
THE 13TH INTERNATIONAL AAAI CONFERENCE ON WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA
(ICWSM-19)
The ICWSM-19 Committee invites the submission of Data Set
papers.
* Dataset Paper Submission via Email to datasets at icwsm.org
* Dataset Paper Submission Deadline: _*January 15, 2019 (by 23:59
Anywhere on Earth Time)*_
* Dataset Paper Notifications for ICWSM'19 proceedings: March 22, 2019
ICWSM-19 is seeking Dataset Paper submissions that comprise two parts: a
dataset or group of datasets, and metadata describing the content,
quality, structure, potential uses of the dataset(s), and methods
employed for data collection. Descriptive statistics may be included in
the metadata (more sophisticated analyses should be part of a regular
paper submission). Authors are encouraged to include a description of
how they intend to make their datasets FAIR
<https://www.force11.org/group/fairgroup/fairprinciples>. Datasets and
metadata must be published using a dataset sharing service (e.g. Zenodo
<https://zenodo.org/>, datorium <https://datorium.gesis.org/>, dataverse
<https://dataverse.org/>, or any other service that indexes your dataset
and metadata and increases the re-findability of the data) that provides
a DOI for the dataset which should be included in the dataset paper
submission. Dataset paper review will be single blind, and all datasets
have to be identified and uploaded at the time of submission. Dataset
paper submissions must be between 2-10 pages long and will be part of
the full proceedings. All papers must follow AAAI formatting guidelines.
