This year IEEE International Conference on Smart Computing (SMARTCOMP-2019) will take place at Washington, DC and it includes a Ph.D. forum along with the main conference. This Ph.D. forum is a friendly environment for students to present their dissertation ideas to the community and get feedback. It will be a great experience for junior and senior Ph.D. students alike. The submission requires only a 2-page abstract.
