[Air-L] Speaker on Deception - Ade Rudd "Clothing Naked Villainy: the Dark Art of Deception"

Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to be able to announce a new speaker who will be giving a
very interesting talk this *Thursday 16th April at 1.30 Eastern time, *for
students of my Human Rights Program course at Bard College *'Propaganda:
Dark Arts in a Digital Age' *- the talk will be open to interested
colleagues such as yourselves.

*Ade Rudd *will be giving an hour long talk titled: *"Clothing Naked
Villainy: the Dark Art of Deception" *which will go into some of the theory
and some examples of deception in war. It will be followed by a Q&A.

Ade Rudd is an expert on deception from the United Kingdom and was a
‘Behaviour Change Analyst’ and Warrant Officer (equivalent to Master
Sergeant in US) in UK Defence Psychological Operations co authoring NATO
PsyOps, Deception and Info Ops doctrine.  Gaining extensive experience ‘in
Ukraine, the Baltic States, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Iraq, and
Afghanistan’ from 1993 until 2017. Since leaving military service he has
worked as a contractor for several firms including providing scenario
workshops for training delivered by SCL the parent company of Cambridge
Analytica, and now runs his own firm, Blekking Strategic Communications.

demand, I am hoping to record it and make it available online too in case
anyone is unable to attend.
