Join us as a post doc!

The Privacy Lost project at the University of Copenhagen is inviting applications for a two-year post doc on the history and political economy of web tracking.

The project uses information from web archives to document and analyze the historical spread of web tracking technology, which has been a key component in the development of the global surveillance infrastructure, and the foundation for the rise of surveillance capitalism.

If you are interested in the political economy of tracking and surveillance capitalism, please consider joining us. We are looking for a candidate with a profile in digital aspects of media regulation, media economy, digital media sociology or similar. The successful candidate will work with media scholars and computer scientists in an integrated, interdisciplinary project team. If you are interested, see the job posting at the end of the link below, or write to Rasmus Helles (rashel at hum.ku.dk<mailto:rashel at hum.ku.dk>) for further information.
