I am delighted to announce that DMRC has three openings for postdocs, open to recently completed PhD graduates (≤3 years post-PhD), with applications closing on 26 March. The QUT Digital Media Research Centre (DMRC) conducts world-leading research for a creative, inclusive and fair digital media environment. The DMRC is one of QUT’s nine flagship University Research Centres, and one of the top Australian centres for media and communication research, areas in which QUT has achieved the highest possible rankings in the national research quality assessment exercise ERA. Within QUT, it is based in the Creative Industries Faculty and is closely linked with the Law Faculty.

The DMRC is currently recruiting for Postdoctoral Research Fellowships to pursue independent and collaborative research within or across three of the DMRC’s research programs:

  *   Transforming Media Industries (led by Professor Amanda Lotz)
  *   Digital Publics (led by Professor Axel Bruns)
  *   Digital Inclusion & Participation (led by Associate Professor Michael Dezuanni)

The fellowships are three year, fixed-term appointments at Level B (equivalent to Assistant Professor in salary and seniority).
