 This is a complex problem driven by the need of good students, and the
lack of morality of bad students. Mainly in systems were is not talent but
money that gets you into university, this is extensive. In Colombia, sites
like "Rincon del Vago" https://www.rincondelvago.com/ have made an industry
of cheating. Many teachers when they were studying, due to need of money,
did this to pay tuition fees. Students at schools do it to earn some money.
It is a giant black market in Latin America!
