Dear Ashley and Mergen,

Last year we at Columbia Global Freedom of Expression launched a teaching portal on freedom of expression that includes a wide range of materials to assist educators develop courses. The materials are arranged by various topics, which include online expression. You may find it useful to peruse the portal: https://teaching.globalfreedomofexpression.columbia.edu/
