   Another possible application for sync'd audio+notes in the Android
   world is AudioNote. There are several apps by that name - I am
   referreing to the one from Luminant. Of course, each of us has our own
   needs, so this may or may not suit what you need to do.

   I use [1]otter.ai but I've just started looking at Streamer, it appears
   very interesting especially for multilingual calls, classroom
   situations, and also includes zoom integration, It looks to be secure.
