[Air-L] reporting hate speech on WhatsApp

Dear All,

In terms of hate speech in WhatsApp, is there anyway to monitor if
action is taken against a particular group after one reports it to
WhatsApp(similar to the
message in Facebook which arrives as response about the action taken/not taken
after a report)? From my understanding, there is no such option.
In such a circumstance, is going to the law enforcement authorities
the only option?
Any suggestions on literature on this will be very useful.
