[Air-L] New Report on the Challenges of the Facebook Ad Library and Report

Hi everyone,

My amazing team (with a hat tip to Sarah Bolden) has just released a report of the challenges in using the Facebook Ad Library and Ad Report to help reveal dark money and PAC advertising in the 2020 presidential election.
