[Air-L] Finding Centers and Think Tanks in the world that research on Computational Propaganda

Dear all,

I am preparing an entry  on "Computational Propaganda Effects" to be
included in the Encyclopedia on Technology and Politics. I am creating a
list of the main research centers and think tanks in the world that
directly work on this topic. Beyond the well-known centers of the
Anglo-Saxon world, I would like to include other research centers in the
world, especially in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe,
researching on Computational Propaganda.
