There is a limited trial before you have to pay, so you could evaluate it if you like.

Can anyone recommend a good automated transcription software/platform for
Zoom recordings?

Free/Open Source Software would be ideal, but I will use a paid service if
necessary. I would hire some grad students but I currently don't have funds
for this project.
