[Air-L] seeking recommendations for auto transcription software/platform

Jared,
I second Sarah's recommendation of otter.ai. It costs only $5.00/month for
an academic <https://otter.ai/pricing>, and that gets you 6000 minutes (!)
of transcription per month, I believe. If you have multiple voices on the
recording, Otter does a nice job of figuring out who is talking based upon
speech inflections, and once it learns those speech patterns, can more or
less accurately provide a transcript that correctly identifies each speaker
in your recording. They also have a plugin for Zoom, I believe, that sends
all Zoom recordings to Otter for transcription.
Hope this helps,
John
