No Tech For Tyrants, a grassroots student-led tech justice advocacy group, has put out a call to show solidarity with Timnit Gebru by pledging not to work for Google until the demands of the Google Walkout for Real Change are met:

  * That Google meet with the Ethical AI team to explain the process by which the paper was unilaterally rejected by leadership.
  * Transparency to the broader public, including Google users and our colleagues in the academic community, about Google leadership’s decisions
  * Providing clear guidelines on how research will be reviewed and how research integrity will be respected within Google

Over 500 students and researchers have already signed!

Sign the pledge! change.org/recruitmenot <http://change.org/recruitmenot>

Please share with students and researchers.

And share the pledge on Twitter!<https://twitter.com/NoTech4Tyrants/status/1371478379229278213> #RecruitMeNot

Cheers,
Peaks
