Dear Colleagues,

I hope that you are well.

We, at the United Nations University Institute in Macau (UNU Macau), are
delighted to launch our research report, *Civil Society Organizations’
Cyber Resilience - leaving no civil society organization behind in cyber
resilience <https://go.unu.edu/3NN1O>. *The report observes CSOs' evolving
cybersecurity risk environment, their underinvestment in cybersecurity, and
limited cyber resilience capacity, and their marginalization in the national
and global cybersecurity ecosystems. It details an investigation of the
cyber resilience posture of CSOs in Macau SAR, China. We argue that
cross-sectoral
cooperation and coordination in cybersecurity policymaking and incident
handling, addressing the unequal distribution of cybersecurity resources
between different sectors of society, and strengthening the cybersecurity
support ecosystem for CSOs are crucial for CSOs’ cyber resilience and
societal resilience.

Feel free to share, and it would also be great to get your feedback.

Best regards,

*Debora Irene Christine*
