I wonder if anyone would be so kind as to provide me with the following 
article:

Hyman, Avi (2003). "Twenty years of ListServ as an academic tool". The 
Internet and Higher Education. 1(6): 17–24.

My Institution is not a subscriber to the journal, there seems to be no 
free version available and apparently the corresponding author can't be 
contacted.

I apologize in advance if this email is off-topic and in this case I'd 
absolutely agree that it be discarded.
