[Air-L] Postdoc in Digital Literacy for Older Adults at Cornell Univ.

Dear everyone,


The Cornell Social Media Lab of the Department of Communication at Cornell
University is seeking a postdoctoral associate to work on the development
of technologies and content for digital literacy interventions for older
adults (ages 65+) as a part of a inter-university and interdisciplinary
collaboration, aimed to equip people with the ability to recognize online
deception and the motivations behind its various forms, and introduce them
to ways to avoid and mitigate its harms. The ideal candidate will have
training and experience at the intersection of educational technologies,
gerontology, communication, and human-computer interaction. A strong
background in quantitative and qualitative research, including methods of
analysis and statistics is required. The anticipated start date is October
1, 2022.
