The Truth and Trust Online organizing committee *is offering up to 50
complimentary tickets* to PhD students, postdocs and civil society
professionals for their in-person conference in Boston this October 13-14,
2022. Boston University is hosting the conference.

Truth and Trust Online 2022 is the fourth edition of Truth and Trust
Online, a collaboration between industry practitioners and academics on
presenting research that strengthens the reliability of information online
and online information networks.

TTO 2022 Highlight: Health Misinformation Panel

A highlight of TTO 2022 is "The neglected challenges of gender-affirming
care misinformation and its intersection with transphobia and health
inequalities," a panel led by Jenna Sherman (Digital Health Lab Program
Manager, Meedan).
"I'm organizing the panel The neglected challenges of gender-affirming care
misinformation in order to bring the urgency of this problem to light as
well as examine how this misinformation intersects with transphobia and
health inequalities, says Sherman. “The panel is going to be rooted in the
lived experience of trans people who are experts on this type of
misinformation and have been impacted by it. Non-profit Meedan
