Physical Entanglements: Environments, Bodies and Space

This year’s theme, *Digital Physical Entanglements*, addresses the
intertwining relations between digital and physical with a focus on impacts
to environments, bodies, and space. We have an exciting lineup of speakers
who will be attending this year including Mél Hogan
<https://www.melhogan.com/>, Mimi Onuoha <https://mimionuoha.com/>, and Lisa
Parks <https://www.filmandmedia.ucsb.edu/person/lisa-parks/> - just to name
a few!



Applications are officially open to apply to attend this year's Summer
Institute which is scheduled over two weeks in July 2023. The first week,
July 17th - 21st, will be held virtually, while the second week, July 24th
- 28th, will be held in-person/hybrid on the University of Michigan Campus
in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
