IEEE WCNC 2025 invites submissions of technical demonstrations that exhibit innovative and original research. We seek contributions that validate significant research concepts or demonstrate practical applications. The topics of interest span a broad spectrum, including – but not limited to – the topics indicated in the scope of the four technical tracks in the general call for papers:

Physical Layer and Communications Theory
Medium Access Control and Networking
Resource Allocation and Machine Learning
Emerging Technologies, Network Architectures, and Applications
Demo Submission Instructions
Please submit a two-page abstract adhering to IEEE's formatting standards. Detailed guidelines are available in the IEEE submission instructions. Your submission should include all authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses, as double-blind review is not required. Clearly articulate the content and format of your contribution within your abstract. This description is crucial for the review process. Note that the sessions for demos will be held in person, requiring at least one author present to showcase the work.

Demos should be prepared to be deployable in a typical conference setting, e.g., assuming Wi-Fi connectivity and a reasonable space available.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the IEEE WCNC 2025 Proceedings, and those presented in person at IEEE WCNC 2025 will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Relevant Timeline
Demo submissions deadline: extended to 1 December 2024
Notification of acceptance: 20 December 2024
Conference dates: 24-29 March 2025
