Dear N2Women Members,
Thank you for being part of our community. Please consider volunteering for the N2Women board!
N2Women (http://n2women.comsoc.org/) continues to be a vibrant community of researchers to support women in the networking and communications fields. N2Women is a program that is generously supported by the ACM SIGMOBILE, ACM SIGCOMM, IEEE Computer Science TCCC, Google, Meta and others.
***** Are you interested in helping N2Women? *****
We are looking for volunteers to serve on the 2025 N2Women Board. Each member of the Board will have a 2-year term.
Why might you want to assist N2Women?
1. The time commitment is VERY small (in most cases).
2. Being on the N2Women Board is a resume/CV builder (especially useful for students/junior researchers).
3. Activities that show a commitment to promoting women in Engineering and Computer Science are valued by several organizations (e.g., NSF's broader impacts).
Below are the descriptions of the open Board positions.
If you have questions or would like to express interest in a position,
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.
Instead, apply here: https://forms.gle/wRB4X4ZxUnFg1mMt6 <https://tinyurl.com/n2womenboard2020> *** by December 22nd, 2024 (Sunday!) ***
The application asks for a short paragraph about what board position(s) you are interested in and why you are interested in these positions. Please also provide a link to a PDF copy of your CV.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Eirini Eleni Tsiropoulou- eirini at asu.edu
