The World Academy of Art & Science was founded in 1960 by eminent
intellectuals including Albert Einstein, Robert Oppenheimer, Bertrand
Russell and many others, and it serves as a forum for reflective
scientists, artists, and scholars dedicated to addressing the pressing
challenges confronting humanity today. The WAAS talks on Science for Human
Security is a series of discussions organized as part of the United Nations
General Assembly's International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable
Development, declared in August 2023.

Your contributions to this interdisciplinary conversation on the role of AI
in shaping a secure future for humanity will be valuable and welcome.

Best,

Smiljana
