Hi Holly
You can write to Diana Christy (service at dirf.org), who does optimum indexing, including phrase indexing of texts. She can also work on hypertext relational indexing of HTML files.
Best regards

Subject: [Air-L] Book indexers
It’s that time again. Once during each decade of this century I write a book and subsequently need to locate a good person to do the index. This is book is called Gender and Technology: An Introduction, and the publisher is Polity. If anyone can recommend an indexer to me and email the information to me at my holly.kruse at gmail.com email address, I would be most grateful.
Best wishes,
Holly
