[Air-L] Sydney Games and Play Lab Winter School call for participants

Hi all,



We are delighted to invite you to attend the second annual Sydney Games and Play Lab Winter School to be held in-person on Thursday 24 July and Friday 25 July at The University of Sydney, Australia. This year’s theme is Playful Learning, and the Winter School is free for participants.



The Winter School is an opportunity for PhD students and early career researchers studying games to share their work, benefit from in-depth feedback, and learn from established and emerging research leaders in the field of game studies.



Our 2025 Keynote Speakers and Distinguished Scholars are Professors Kurt Squire and Constance Steinkuehler from the University of California - Irvine, with additional mentorship and workshops from Professor Marcus Carter, Professor Michael Anderson, Associate Professor Jen Scott Curwood, Dr Louise Thornton, and Dr Premeet Sidhu from The University of Sydney and Dr Nataliya Gorbina from the University of Konstanz.
