[Air-L] SPIRITED Collective First Annual Conference (Virtual) CFP

Dear colleagues,

The SPIRITED Collective is pleased to announce the First Annual Conference on Spirituality, Religion, and Interactive Technology Design (SPIRITED '25). We invite researchers, designers, and practitioners to join us for a free, virtual event on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (8AM - 11AM US Eastern Time).

We welcome submissions of extended abstracts (300-1000 words) for short lightning talks (~5 - 10 minutes) at the intersection of religion, spirituality, and human-computer interaction. In addition to sharing research, presenters are encouraged to bring visual or creative elements to present at the conference, such as artworks, technological artifacts, or poetry.

SPIRITED '25 is also open to all attendees who wish to join the conversation, exchange ideas, and connect with others in the community. Participants of any and all religious or spiritual beliefs (including none) are welcome.

* Submission Deadline: Wednesday, October 1, 2025

* Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, October 15, 2025

* Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 22, 2025

* Conference: Thursday, November 13, 2025
