This is a market research survey to determine the current demand for access
to historical Twitter and X data. Texifter is considering a relaunch of
"SIFTER" to provide custom access for researchers to the full history of
public Tweets.

In particular, we are looking for 3-4 organizations, or funded research
groups, to commit to a data access consortium that would enable us to lower
the barriers to access for other individuals and groups running small scale
projects.
