Hi Lyle,

This is a great idea. Most Brazilian journals are sustained by the
voluntary support of researchers and PhD students. Typically, postgraduate
programs or academic associations provide some resources to help cover
technical maintenance costs.

Perhaps a faculty or association could assist with these expenses? It might
also be worth considering if AoIR could help.
