Hi Alice,
Thanks for your request to access "Society, Information Technology, and
the Global University" book (and re AoIR). I'd be grateful for your
comments, and both for the 2026 International Conference on Social Media &
Society (#SMSociety) at the University of Glasgow, and since the 1st
conference even in 2014, and particularly regarding the Academic Press at
WUaS eventually translating it into Portuguese for Brazil World University
and School students and Brazilians.

The first International Conference on Social Media & Society (#SMSociety)
was held in 2014, hosted by Ryerson University's Social Media Lab in
Toronto, Canada, on September 27–28, focusing on interdisciplinary research
into social media trends. The conference itself was founded by Anatoliy
Gruzd and Philip Mai in 2010/2011, leading to the first official event in
2014
