Dear all
Could you please share this with your colleagues, interns and students who may be interested in participating?
EURid, the .eu domain registry
The EURid Youth Committee (the organization that manages the .eu domain name) is looking for two new members of its youth committee. You can find the application form here: https://eurid.eu/en/news/your-voice-our-future-join-the-eurid-youth-committ/
EuroDIG and YOUthDIG
The European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG) is the European regional event of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF). It brings together 600-900 stakeholders from the entire European continent on site and online to discuss the future of the Internet. The messages that come out of the discussions are published and presented to the European Commission, the UN Internet Governance Forum, the Council of Europe and beyond. Every year, EuroDIG is hosted by a different host country. The next EuroDIG will take place from 26-27 May 2026 at the Charlemagne Building of the European Commission in Brussels. It will be hosted by EURid – the registry for the .eu domain name – and the event will mark 20 years of .eu, celebrating two decades of the trusted digital identity.
The Youth Dialogue on Internet Governance (YOUthDIG) fully funds young people ages 18-30 to travel from all over Europe to EuroDIG to learn about ongoing European digital policies and upcoming issues, receive capacity building training to engage in EuroDIG actively, and exchange through intercultural activities. The programme starts with 4 online webinars, followed by a 3 day in-person pre-programme before EuroDIG.
The call for YOUthDIG is now open: https://www.eurodig.org/get-involved/youthdig/#tab-call-for-application-26
