We are pleased to invite you to *submit your work to MisD-2026 workshop*,
taking place on May 26, 2026, at the 20th International AAAI Conference on
Web and Social Media (ICWSM 2026) in Los Angeles, USA.

🎺 *Keynote Speaker*

🔊🔊🔊 We are honoured to announce that Preslav Nakov will join MisD-2026
as our invited keynote speaker.  Professor Nakov is the Department Chair
for NLP at the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. He
is part of the core team that developed Jais, the world's best open-source
Arabic-centric LLM, as well as part of the LLM360 team at MBZUAI. He is one
of the leading experts on fake news, disinformation, fact checking,
propaganda, and media bias detection and has published tens of research
papers on solutions and stop-gaps for the ever-growing online social media
infodemic.
